SO GOOD. My third time now and the quality is consistently superb. The honey butter sauce is amazing - thank you for letting me get it on tofu (It was heavenly!!) I can't wait to come back here.

I ordered the Yang Yum Box original crispy. It took longer than expected because they were so busy. I liked it, but wish the sauce was not drenched on the chicken. By the time I got home it became soggy. Just a heads up the chicken is boneless. Next time I would like to try the honey butter.

Absolutely the best and highest quality Korean food available in Waterloo. It’s the only restaurant in Waterloo that genuinely reminds me of the food I ate during exchange in South Korea and the only restaurant I will order from for Korean food. Every item on the menu seems to be prepared fresh and with quality in mind. Ingredients all taste noticeably better quality than other Korean restaurants. The owner and her family are always incredibly friendly and prepare food fresh to order. Whenever I’m in Waterloo I try to make a point of visiting or ordering from them weekly. Highly recommend the YangYum red sauce fried chicken. Their signature dish.

The dumplings and Yang Yum (red sauce)!chicken was fantastic! I wish we'd ordered more food, but the quantity made sense with the price. The owner is incredibly friendly too - pretty sure my experience made the food (somehow) taste even better! There was no tipping option, so next time we'll be coming with cash.

This place is in an unassuming Asian grocery store (be warned if you are using Google maps). The woman who served me was an absolute gem and when I took a moment to choose what I wanted she suggested their spicy (red) sauce for the chicken I got. The chicken was perfectly fried (wonderfully crispy and the meat was tender). The sauce has a bit of kick but it was not overpowering. I am in absolute love right now. I will be back again soon to try more of their options.
