Very displeased with service. We made an appointment for Saturday at 8:30 fir water pump, rotors, and brakes. Had the truck there at 8am. Here it is 4:30 and the truck still isn’t ready. Received a call at 12:45-1:00 that they broke the tool they had to use to get to the water pump. Called me back a little after 2pm for payment and said truck will be done in 30 mins. It’s 2 hours later and the truck still isn’t ready. They were informed my husband has to have his truck for work tomorrow. Also when I called and got the price quote for everything it was 1136. We paid 1200, looks like they changed coolant without even calling us. This isn’t the first time, we had oil change and tires rotated and they told us the rims were bent, took it to a tire shop and was told one of the tires were 9oz off and another was 4oz. I’m done! So tired of the mistakes and lies.
