They painfully picked around my teeth with a measuring tool for 15 mins and then told me I needed 2,000 worth of work done. They did no cleaning and charged me 200! I thought it was fishy so I went to a REAL dentist (Venetian dental) and they did a full clean plus x rays and everything for 99. They said my teeth are fine and I don’t need the 2,000 work waterside tried to sell me. I would never recommend waterside dental to anyone. Not only that but they call me constantly trying to get me back in. Ridiculous and rude!

Very nice people...everyone was polite and friendly. Not much privacy though. You don't have a room, but are in a partitioned area. Even with insurance, they expect payment in full that day even before they submit it to your insurance.

If I could give a -10 rating I would. Steer clear of this office. From the hygienist barely cleaning my teeth to the obnoxious dentist (Kiwan) to the incompetent billing/receptionist staff, it’s no good from beginning to end. He will sell you on procedures you don’t need and take every dime of insurance (billing prior to procedures). Then when that runs out, they will sell you on Care Credit, bill them prior to procedures, reason they say is to get you a better deal. Nope! Two dentists agreed on the mistakes he made (costing over 4,000 to fix) He does not care if you are in pain, shows no empathy. In the end, the reason I moved on was his horrible attitude, I’m grateful I did. He has zero respect for patients (especially women).

Dr. Kiwan is wonderful. He loves what he does and it shows in patient outcomes. Everyone is friendly from check-in, to hygiene, to dental assistants. Top to bottom professional and pleasant providers. Very pleased with this Waterside Dental location.

Today, I went to Waterside as a new patient and I am so so so impressed. Jessica was my hygienist this time around and she was seriously a sweet, funny gal, very informative and answered all my questions - felt like I’ve know her my whole life! I appreciate that she took her time with me, going over all the procedures and costs before beginning. She made me feel very comfortable since you know, it can be a little nerve-wracking starting with a new dentist. I was very impressed by the facilities; it’s a gorgeous office and everyone that I interacted with was a delight. Dentist was awesome, didn’t see him very long but he did examine me and seconded Jessica’s opinion on how to proceed with future work I’ll need. I also cannot forget about Yelena, the gal in the front, she is who made me certain I’d have a nice time here before even coming in. After having an issue with my insurance, she called me to get it figured out and made sure that I was aware of costs/coverage before coming, even called me back before closing to make sure it was all good. She’s a very welcoming person and was a great first impression as I walked in today! Overall, I’m tremendously impressed by the professionalism and kindness in the office! I will always recommend this place! Jessica, YOU'RE AWESOME! As far as covid-19 is concerned, their cleaning and social distancing procedures were excellent. I felt safe, and seeing how they protected themselves made me feel good too.

Its not the dentist that's bad its the office staff. I have the same insurance and get my cleaning 100 % covered. By them they charged me 75. Plus they insist you buy mouth wash and other stuff...I left there paying 200...its my fault. They make u feel like your teeth are really bad and u need all these things...kinda like when u go to do an oil change and they add other things u should get for your car.
