My third purchase of the Eco Troughs in two years. Absolutely love them. I now have eight. I move them around, throw in the ute, horses get in them (naughty) and they've stood the test of time. Service was quick and friendly - ordered over the phone, picked up same day.

Was unaware of the problems 6 months ago, my experience recently very good, repair of 19 y.o. tank under warranty, communication and co-ordination by Charmaine in the office made things pretty easy and minimal hassles, maybe took a bit long to schedule the repair would be the only observation otherwise well handled.
Lodged warranty claim in December 2019. Rang numerous times over the past 4 months. Every time was told someone would ring back - no one ever did. Tank has split along seam. Poor quality and poor product. Never again. Cant even trust locals. probably the reason folded. At least they wont rip anyone else off!
Asked to pay up front. Went into liquidation six days later. So much for shopping local with staff that grew up in home town. Thieves. Unfortunately they slipped up as they are about to find out.
Purchased a water trough via eBay and headed out to pick up. The staff helped me strap it to the roof rack. Good price and great service.
Shopped local to do the right thing. More expensive than anyone else and the driver forgot to install the center pole! A week later checked the tank and the roof had sunk. After sales service has been a nightmare, waited home all day for the guy to come only to be told when I rang in the afternoon that the job had “dropped off the list” The tank itself seems good and strong but the service is hopeless.
As of 26 February 2020, Water Store went into liquidation.
