Worst rental experience ever. Ordered item on-line and was told that I should get my items in 3-5 days. Had a delivery date that wasn't honored. Never got a call to let me know what was going on. I had to call to found out when my items were to be delivered. New management at the store has no people skills. She is running off loyal customers.

This is the worst rental experience i have ever had. Gave us a deal and then called 3 days later for a payment. Threatened t take my husband to court needless to say that rental didn't last long horrible store manager so rude and talks down to customers like they are children
Aaron's is okay. More expensive than other retail stores.
