If you are currently deciding on if this business will be a good place of employment or not then allow me to lay it all out for you. As a recently former employee I can tell you from personal experience that none of your coworkers will be happy, everyone just exists under the pettiness and self centered cruelty of your soon to be boss. If you like to stand out for working hard you will go un noticed and unthanked. You will how ever find yourself being stared at by the biggest baby you've ever met his name is Harold he will grill you embarrassingly for any small infractions while your supervisor is forced to awkwardly be part of this none sense. He gets donations but will destroy anything that can possibly be used again before throwing it away and will listen in and watch you at all times through the cameras hungry for any little thing he can call you out on before thanklessly putting you back to work.
