Ordered a dress for vow renewal. My dress is perefect and beautiful. Took my son to be measured for a tux the measuring was rushed . No options givin. Just a basic black tux. I called two weeks before said prom and no return call back to me. I finally go ahold of them about three days before prom. They still did not have his in the store. But stated they have extra things in the back that they can throw together. I said im paying 150. For you to throw things together? I called back that night to cancel because prom was canceled due to covid. Now i have been trying to get my 100 deposit back. There customer service is awful. I wish i had read all the reviews before i ordered with them. My dress experience was good. Tux for my son was awful... still no return. Still no answers... i just keep hearing excuses, And how she needs to speak with the owner and they haven't forgotten about me. So disappointed.

Very nice lots to choose from in all sizes .. They know customer service here .. Reasonable price if you are looking for a wedding dress check them out first you won't regret it

I came in here to grab measurements for use at a different tuxedo shop out of state. The staff was very friendly and helped me out immediately even though I was not directly doing business with them. I really appreciated that from this establishment and it shows that they care about their trade and taking care of the local community. I would definitely recommend this shop. Thank you again.

My husband was fitted for a tuxdeo whilst I was there with him and the way they do measurements was not wot I have seen before,when my 1st hubby and I got his tuxdeo fitted they measured his neck,arm length,inside/outside seam for the slacks and waist and when my hubby went to go try it on the hem of the slacks were too short showing his socks so they refitted his slacks and on the day of the wedding his slacks kept sliding down and he literally had to hold his pants up with his right hand as he escorted our daughter down the isle,we tried 2 sided clothing tape and even staples but nothing worked so we are not satisfied and are disappointed.

EXCELLENT STORE. MY SON WENT THERE FOR HIS PROM AND THEY WERE AMAZING TO HIM . I AM VERY GRATEFUL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CONSIDERING THIS STORE FOR PROMS AND WEDDINGS. THE OWNERS ARE HANDS ON AND SEEM TO REALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR SPECIAL EVENT. I RENTED TUX FROM THEM AND IT FIT PERFECT. NO WONDER. THEY HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR OVER 30 YEARS
