Wow!! I was super impressed! So many unique options on the menu. I tried the Kamikaze burger, which is basically a blind draw. It was a quesadilla type burger and was DELICIOUS. Fries were amazing. Went out of my comfort zone and had one of their brews. Overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend.

You don't want to miss the pizzas at Dempsey's, they are delicious!! Apparently, they participate on the US pizza team and compete internationally. We didn't know that when we stopped by but the description of the Green Haven with sirloin steak and gorgonzola sounded too tempting to pass up. It was even better than we imagined. The crust was perfect and the cheese was melted just right. AND it's a brewery! The beers were good, too
Great place for those that enjoy food with a kick. I have a sensitive stomach, but regardless I enjoy their food (especially the burger with an egg and habanero bacon). Went twice now and the only issue we had was the soda was flat, but we notified the waitress and she fixed it right away and was very pleasant.
From start to finish the experience was bad. Customer service was slow, our waitress maybe stopped by us once, never asking if how it was going or if we needed anything else. Pizza was brought out 20 minutes before our other two meals, salad(which should have came with my steak or before my steak) had to asked for the salad, steak was also luke warm.Had to ask for silverware after our food arrived. Waitress never noticed that we needed refills we had to ask another waitress. Happy Anniversary to us! 80 of unhappiness. The day after this review was posted the owner reached out to us and apologise to us. We appreciated being contacted. I am raising my stars to reflect how I know feel based on the contact with owner.
Very tasty family friendly restaurant! Great pizza, tasty beers! O, and you can buy the beer at the local Hy-vee beverage store! I love that!
