Outstanding service and exceptional prices. I’ve been robbed going to the big name stores all these years. Got an awesome queen and two twins, including box springs, frames, and delivery all for much less than I got a queen a few years ago.
We bought a 99 mattress there for a spare bedroom, changed our minds once we got it home. Wanted to return it, but they would not refund the mattress even though it had never been used or out of the original wrapper.
They were very polite and helpful. We got what we needed in less than 5 minutes. Also, we got a call a few hours later than they had a delivery spot open up so we even got the box springs same day!
called in a pinch as my daughter was moving in and her box spring wouldn't fit up the stairs in her new new house. Mike was terrific, the price was reasonable and the queen splits were delivered the SAME DAY in the bitter cold. I would definitely recommend Mike and his mattress store to anybody! GREAT JOB Factory Direct Mattress!!
