Awesome customer service. More importantly, killer deals!!! I get my kid's shoes and mine here and I don't spend FootLocker prices. Both pair of Jordan's in pictures were under 30. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for kid's shoes. Plus, military discount, Oohrah!

Jimmy jazz is the best shoe store in the salmon run mall, their sales associates are very polite and helpful, their store is also always clean and organized.

I purchased a pair of retro 11 Jordan's in men and decided that I didn't want them, so I went back to the store and tried to exchange them for a different shoe. They didn't have any other ones that I liked, so I asked for a refund which the receipt said was allowed, and they denied me because that shoe was a limited edition. I called their headquarters and left plenty of messages and never got a call back. Their online representatives are rude also.
