Autonomous Rex

Usually well stocked and with a decent variety. This lowes is smaller than some found in larger markets, but it's well laid out and the staff is always helpful. There have been several items that I've looked for lately that have been sold out, but that may be more a side effect of world events than a deficiency of this store. Easy to get to and seldom over-crowded.

Can't even get someone to answer the phone they just keep picking up and hanging up. Was looking to buy a central air conditioner but if this is the way they treat people no thanks.

Floor size and selection is typical of this type of business. Lowe's is comparable to Home Depot. Lowe's offers brands that are Home Depot does not & vise versa. Prices are moderately high as they are compared to Home Depot. Lowe's does offer a 10% military discount. They offer delivery & installation of certain products/services.

I found everyone to be helpful helping me find what I needed. Each associate that helped me stayed with me until I was satisfied, Looking things up for me, comparing merchandise Answering questions and assisting me with putting heavy items in my cart for me. The cashier was also friendly and helpful and got me assistance to get my items to the car and load the men for me. Every employee that I had contact with was polite and very pleasant.

Husband & I bought a new fridge one weekend. Their is Awesome guy named Jon that works in Appliances and helped us out when we had a problem with our order. Jon really went above & beyond to help us this day. So grateful for him & his service as he is a hard-working Army vet! Thank You..
