Unless you physically come to the building and disrupt them on their cell phones / personal talks outside in the parking lot, your not getting ahold of anyone... This is the most difficult place to work with as you can never get ahold of anybody to take care of what you need done. Piss poor management, and employees. Well return the CPAP machine before we leave this area and get a whole new one else where.

Hi all, are these clowns still in business ? unbelievable, I dare you to get them to return a simple phone call, just a simple return call for an answer, called them twice and never had a return call. luckily I live on w.main st and there happens to be a really good drug store. go ahead get them to return a simple call, sorry I dare you. just can't believe it's still in business, I needed a part for a mobility scooter. when I finally got a new one I went to SYRACUSE, GOOD LUCK DEALING WITH THIS PLACE
If I could give 0 I would useless people CPAP DEPT don't care if patient needs supplies for them to breath easy at night just care about paperwork that was sent 10 times
PRICE MORE THAN DOUBLES? 1/29/2020 I wanted to reorder a box of nasal cannula's that I previously ordered for 50.00. Was informed that the price has increased to 125.00. When I asked why the cost increase was more than doubled I was told that it was do to the manufacturer (Medline Industries Inc.) increase in their prices. I just went online and ordered a box from another supply co. for 31.88. I also called the manufacturer to ask them why such the dramatic price increase. Apparently there was no increase. I was told once Marra's bought their product they have no control over what Marra's charged. Also got the impression they didn't care. Do your home work people before doing business with (Marra's Home Care)! I saved over 90.00 for the same product by going else were.
This establishment has earned every single one of its one star reviews due to mismanagement, poor customer relations, lack of communication, and general incompetence at the expense of the customer. I strongly advise against dealing with this organization, as it has caused nothing for me but headaches. Go to any one of the other vendors in the area, even if it's further away. The drive is worth more reliable customer service.
