Dr Knox is a really good doctor and I think he puts his patients concerns and care as a priority, and son is following in his footsteps also. Very happy with their services. But I will never buy my frames there again or deal with the opticians there! They are all extremely rude and not helpful at all! I was very shocked and upset at their lack of courtesy and their attitude towards patients!

He invests in state of the art equipment and technology to provide cutting edge eye care. Dr. Knox took the time to investigate subtle symptoms catching a serious condition and then initiated the medical pathway with life-saving results. He is a true testament to his profession and human character and we are fortunate to be under his care. Dr. Knox's attention to detail received high remarks including \an astute optometrist\ from a University of Rochester Strong Memorial Neurosurgeon. I have never had such poor or rude service in my life. The girl that took my order was pleasant and her professional courtesy was phenomenal. I called back to check on my order and provide billing information from my employer. The woman I spoke with was argumentative, rude , obnoxious and extremely bad for business. Meade Optical, I wish you all the luck in world trying to make a buck with people like that under your roof! I sure won't be bringing you any more business. I work at a place that does a substantial amount of business there. I will make sure your level of service is known far and wide.

I’ve been going to Meade Optical for years and have always been completely satisfied with their staff and products. Recently, I had a minor fall and both lenses were badly scratched. I called Meade’s the first week in July to order replacements. I spoke to Angela and was told that my year warranty had expired because the glasses had been purchased at the end of May 2019. I told her that I knew that, but still needed them. Angela told me that she would check with the lab and call me back. Within 5 minutes she called back and told me that the lenses would be replaced free of charge. With all of the bad things going on in the world, this was such a surprise and remarkable customer service. They were ready the following week. I waited in my car for just a couple of minutes while they took my glasses in, replaced the lenses, straightened the frame and brought them back out. This took less than 10 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Ryan Knox and his team at the Watertown Meade Optical location provide exceptional service with fair and reasonable pricing. Dr. Knox actually caught a serious condition (a detached retina) before I was showing any symptoms. Catching this before it got too serious saved me a great deal of headache, and may have saved some of my vision in that eye. The receptionists and support team are warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and the selection of quality frames has never left me looking elsewhere. I would highly recommend Dr. Knox and his office for any of your optical needs.
