My friends wake was at this place. Super grateful and thankful there was a wake at all during the pandemic, but who ever spoke to me was super rude to me and my friend. After the wake was done we were invited to attend the grave site service by the family days before the services. I understand that only a certain number of people were allowed at the site because of covid, but again I was told by the family that a few of her close friends and myself were allowed to attend. I went up to the employees of the funeral home when the wake was over and asked where exactly the burial site was so we could all head over there. One of the employees went to get someone inside to ask and brought out who I assume is the owner of the funeral home. I asked the man who was brought out where the grave site was and he told me there wasn’t a grave site to me and my friend. And we had told him yes there is and that we were invited, then he said it’s family only and I replied with but the mother of my friend said we were allowed to go. He then told me we weren’t on the list, even though he didn’t ask for our names or anything. At the end we were able to go to the gravesite and it all worked out okay, but he was so rude and so unprofessional with my friend and I. I can’t believe someone who works at a funeral home would talk to someone in this manner and not apologize. Just left a sour taste in my mouth.

I never thought of reviewing a funeral homes but I have to on this one. My grandfather passed from complications due to covid in January of ‘21 Mr Narbone and the staff handled a very delicate situation, family, and set of rules as a result of covid with the utmost professionalism care and safety while still making our family feel tended to. Couldn’t have asked for a more professional send off to our beloved patriarch. Thank you for everyone who worked to make that happen
