Though they have a good selection and say they accept walk ins, twice I have tried to buy very expensive tile there for bathrooms and was met by two incredibly dismissive and utterly helpful salespeople. They told me to go online!! I was interested in Winchester tile..handmade English tile. There are many choice in Watertown alone for tile. Go to any of them. NOT Roma tile. Or, take Roma tiles advice and go online!

Although the counter staff at the Littleton warehouse were pleasant, I have to give Roma Tile 1 star based entirely on the misleading information on their website. I even called ahead and ended up wasting my afternoon trying to pickup an order that didn't exist. The phone number listed takes you to a watertown warehouse, not the Littleton one listed. Certainly a company as big as Roma could maintain their website? It's frustrating when companies have no interest in maintaining their website. It's kind of like having a pile of garbage in front of their showroom. Their attitude -- \who cares!
