The whole crew at Watertown Ford was very friendly. I was looking for a new Explorer for my wife. I checked out online what they had. When I went in, I told them which cars I was looking at. They brought me to them. I asked to take one out for a test drive. They let me take the car by myself. When I came back I said I was interested. During the whole process I did not feel pressured to buy the car at any time. Made a deal and picked up the car 2 days later.
