Bought an excellent mattress with the base and frame at a lower cost than I would have paid had I bought the same mattress online (I checked!). The customer service here is excellent - - they're not trying to sell you just anything to make a quick buck, but the item that is right for your needs. They even delivered everything the same day I bought it, within the hour! If they had other furniture here, I'd buy all I needed from them. I love supporting local businesses and I especially loved supporting this one.
Recently had a great experience buying a mattress from Watertown Mattress. The owner took his time to walk me thought a bunch of options and explain the differences between them. Was really pleased with all the options available and at a much lower price than I was expecting. I like that he started off asking some questions about my sleeping habits, had me try out a few options that felt great and were at the lower end of the price spectrum. A nice change from other stores I had visited. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and never applied any pressure to make a purchase. Will never buy anywhere else again. Support your local businesses!
I came here just looking for mattresses to try, and I left with so much useful information. The salesman was there to help me for what I wanted, and never once tried to force me to buy anything. Truly an amazing local business and a pleasurable experience!
