Absolutely first class service! We were not patients of Watertown Vision but after last nights service we will definitely be returning for our eye care needs. They were able to get my son in right away for an eye emergency and stayed after hours to finish their service. All employees are very friendly. I can't speak highly enough for Dr. Herron. She was gentle and treated my son with the utmost respect. Great pricing and Excellent service!

Loved the service here, I had gotten something in my eye and they fit me into their schedule on Monday. Came back Friday for an eye exam and everyone was wonderful. Front desk staff was so patient with me while I was trying to coordinate my schedule around the contact training. Looking forward to going back on the 28th to get my contacts! Would highly recommend!

Amazing optometrist, good quality products. Only reason I didn't rate them 5 stars is they were a little more pricey than expected and things take longer because the glasses aren't made in house. Delayed shipping time may be due to covid.

I'm not near here nor have I been here. But they keep calling my house phone and leave a wierd voicemail it's a bunch of beeps. Please stop Thank you! Edit.. They finally stoped calling they literally called every week. It was extremely annoying.

My experience with Dr Hurron, Liz and Jason was wonderful. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, took the time to do the extra tests needed, and were a huge help in finding the right glasses for me. I would highly recommend this office to everyone. Great place!
