I cant remember my hygienists name but she gave me the most gentle cleaning I have ever had in my 30 years of going to the dentist. No shame despite my dental health being a low priority for me the last year. Thank you so much! I felt safe too despite being deep in the pandemic.

I sent my insurance information to the clinic a week prior to my appointment, but the clinic didn’t check the coverage for me, and only after the procedure they told me a huge portion is not covered by my insurance, and charged me 245 for a new patient exam and regular cleaning. My insurance usually covers 90% of everything, but this is costing me 200 more than what I should pay. And the receptionist told me it’s my fault didn’t ask them to do an estimate prior to the appointment. Excuse me?? If you were not gonna check my insurance coverage why would you need my insurance information prior to the appointment? Sending the insurance info means the coverage should be checked. Extremely unhappy about being surprised by a huge bill after the fact, I’m going back to my old dentist and will not come back again. Do not recommend this clinic, ever. If your clinic has too many clients to properly deal with, fine you get what you want.

The office staff/receptionist at this location are the BEST anywhere! Polite, friendly and fast. I look forward to my teeth cleaning appointments with Alicia. She is cheerful, gentle and does a great job . My mouth feels so happy when she is finished! I also enjoy our little chats (in between the cleaning process).

This was the first time I visited a Dentist in Canada and I must say I’m very pleased. The process to book the appointment was super easy and instructions post that were very clear too. Everyone who has an appointment has to wait at the door and will be allowed in only at the time of their appointment which is a great way to ensure patient’s safety especially during covid. Nina was super helpful and explained all the details about my X-rays and check up. Since it was my first time I had so many questions but she answered them patiently and was very careful with all the procedures required for the check up. She was also super helpful a fun cheerful and made the visit easier and better. Dr.Kelsey Li looked at my files and explained everything that I needed to know and advised me on the way forward. I felt at ease and reassured that all my dental needs will be taken care off. Nina and Dr. Kelsey really made me comfortable and going to the dentist will never be a scary experience :)

I was pretty injured all over my face a the dentist and her assistant were really nice and smooth. I’m also terrified of dentists but they were able to calm me down not hurt me and be very very gentle with me and they also gave me advice and walked me through everything they were doing. Really appreciate and really happy! Not only the dentists were awesome but also the receptionist Christina was so helpful she helped me with my insurance claims and Walked me through the process! Very thankful
