Great products but their staff has a bad attitude problem. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 10 years I have never flat out screamed at a customer no matter how wrong they were and neither have my managers.

This place is clearly unaware there is a pandemic going on, had someone show up to my house and TRY TO LET THEMSELVES INTO MY HOME after knocking ONCE, which is a MAJOR red flag in itself. I go outside to talk to the person and they were not wearing a mask nor gloves after going HOUSE TO HOUSE, cross contaminating germs. Mind you I was also only 6 DAYS late on my payment, still in the midst of a pandemic when most people can barely pay rent or keep food on the table.

Purchased a brand new laptop for classes, opened laptop up and it failed to install drivers and software. So I asked if they could send it out which they could but they don't know how long it would take for repairs, sending it out would be fine if they had loaners, talked to the store manager who said he didn't have any loaners, so I called back and stated that I can get it repaired and be provided a loaner and they said it was fine to do so, I got the price and called and spoke to Mike who instantly said let me put you on with a manager, so Phil picked up and said that they had loaners but we do not pay to have it fixed via out sourced i stated that didnt even come out of my mouth asking you guys to pay, I called to get permission to have it fixed. Needless to say the communication and lack of listening to customers is poor as is their service, dont wvem get me started on the couch my girlfriend was delivered that was covered in clumps of animal hair and cat piss. The whole store needs a training on being honest to their customers as well as how to treat a customer.
