I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Day's Jewelers! I am in California and found an engagement ring on Instagram that was made by them. They were able to customize it with the gemstone I wanted and got the size of ring perfect. When there was an issue with the ring, very easy and quick to get it resolved. When I wanted an insert to fit the engagement ring, Kathy at Day's Jewelers made it happen and very quickly too! The insert and engagement ring are stunning and absolutely perfect. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend anyone to them for all jewelry needs! Props to everyone at Day's Jewelers for the great work they do.

I was very happy with the service and quality found at Day's. My ring is beautiful and, although I was disappointed at first with the dark color of the tourmaline stone, the people at Day's helped me get it replaced with a different stone with very little difficulty within 4 days. They were quick to communicate and easy to deal with. Couldn't be happier with my experience!
