After having been to several Five Guys over the past few years, this location lives up to the reputation of being one of (if not) the best burger chains in the country. This new location is kept clean by the wonderful staff, and the entire location is handicap accessible. While Five Guys is always generally on the expensive side, the price is worth what you are paying for!
Favorite burger place in Waterville. Big fan of the Banana shakes too! Definitely more pricey than other fast food options in the area but you get what you pay for. Consistently fast and kind staff.
My order was messed up 2 times. I did get 20.00 back. I felt bad for the staff they were under staffed and trying hard. I would definitely go back
