We've eaten at Michael's for special occasions and have always had an incredible meal. We visited most recently for a tasting for our wedding menu and to say this exceeded expectations is putting it mildly. We worked with Stephanie to create the menu and did our tasting with Michael (the owner!). He went above and beyond for the whole thing. He sat with us patiently to go over our questions and ideas and then brought out amazing food. Honestly can't even explain how delicious and fresh each app and entree was! After, Michael sat down again to go over selections and explain the pre wedding process and just get out feedback. It made all of us feel important and special. He was approaching dinner time and never made us feel rushed or bad. Amazing restaurant and caterer!!

Last weekend my son got married and as the mother of the groom my duty was to plan the rehearsal dinner. Stephanie was wonderful to work with while planning the details. The only problem was on my part...I gave her the date of the wedding instead of the previous night for rehearsal. I spoke with the owner, Michael, when the food hadn't arrived and realized my mistake. He assured me he could still get our dinner to us as everything was prepped. They really came through for us. The food was amazing and everyone raved about it. I would highly recommend them for any special event. I am so thankful they still came through for us.
We made a reservation two weeks prior to celebrate a college graduation. They told us we would have a table in the front room and understood that it was a special occasion. When we showed up it was clear they had overbooked. Instead of the front room table we were stuck in the back room crammed up against a wall and the fireplace. Everyone had to jam in and play musical chairs any time someone had to get up. We arrived at 6:00pm and my wife and I decided to leave at 8:30pm because we had still not received our food. We asked the waiter, who was clearly not trained properly for a big table, when the food was coming and he over and over again assured it was 'soon.' My sister, who had just graduated from nursing school that day, and her husband and daughter left right after us because they could no longer wait. I understand that they were very busy but we had made a reservation two weeks in advance and they were treating us like we were walk in. Yes, it was a big table but they should have thought of that before they overbooked themselves. I've heard the food is good but I'll never know because the service was so horrible. The picture below is what they sent home with someone from our dinner party. I ordered the scallops and my wife the half rack of ribs. This is not what a 60 meal should look like.
Very nice for Valentine's day..special menu. Room upstairs for special events. It was all very tasty and we'll presented. Servers attentive.
