VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION DEALING WITH VERY IMPORTANT AND TIME SENSITIVE MATTERS. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. REVIEW UPDATE : 11/16/2020 I HAD SEVERAL DEALS PENDING CLOSE WITH TRI SUN. AFTER I EXPRESSED MY CONCERN WITH A 2 STAR REVIEW ON A PRIOR CLOSING LAST WEEK, THEY CANCELLED THE PENDING FILES I HAD SET TO BE CLOSED WITH THEIR OFFICE THIS WEEK DUE TO MY NEGATIVE REVIEW OF HOW MY LAST CLOSING WAS HANDLED. BEWARE IF YOU DO NOT PLAN ON GIVING THIS COMPANY A FAVORABLE REVIEW.

They called a week later and needed us to sign a document they lost. Looking through my copies I found a copy of a document that was the lender's. Good thing I did. The automatic payment withdrawal wouldn't have happened. Nice to make first payment late!
