It was busy, but I got everything I needed, and the checkout line was pretty quick. Cashier was courteous, friendly, and bagged my groceries with care. Also, I love how they are taking covid precautions seriously.

So went to walmart Bought an oculus for 400.00 also bought a cable to go with it so total of 504. Got home to open said oculus box has no oculus in there. Called walmart spoke to manager didnt like what he was telling me. just seemed like he did care so decided to drive back. So I get there and went to the customer service area and asked for the manager. While waiting Me and the wife hear there handle held radio go off saying that the employ who got the box thought it was weird the it wasnt plastic rapped like the others. Manager comes up saying like i said to you on the phone that we have to look at the cameras and go from there. so i said okay ill wait. he said he didnt know how to use them and that guy is on a lunch break .. so okay lunch break is 30 mins ill wait i have already wasted 1.5hrs driving. I asked him about his employ saying what he said about the plastic totally ignores it. then he runs off for about an hour. comes back saying he basically wont do anything for me and said he cant tell on the camera if it has plastic on it or not. so again i said what about your own employ saying that it has no plastic on it. Doesnt matter what he says. 2 managers saying. and that it is not there problem that it is oculus problem cause the didnt ship it correctly. The manager seemed uninterested and just wanted to pass the buck to not have to deal with it. I tried to call customer service and they did make a ticket for this. but i dont not want to deal with the walmart store manager anymore. I find it hard to believe that walmart doesnt have numbers for someone that looks over store MCP or ADVP something around those lines that i can speak to directly. And picture below oculus saying its walmart problems

I went to the local Walmart in Waterville to return an item and he was willing to return it everything was fine and dandy until my you was out of date so he wasn't willing to accept it so a friend of mine is going to use her ID and he change to real quick so I can't really disrespectful and rude I noticed we can't walk right now because of injury doing to my foot he said you know when you get up off that that wheelchair and walk to your car and get you your ID or valid one and then we'll do something straight 8 unit disrespect all the way through through every time I come here there's an issue with this man some people just going to be working with the community and that would be this gentleman
