Didn't hire them directly but the person we purchased our new house off used them and our solicitors always had problems contacting them. They seem to like to be in all day meetings when they knew we were due to exchange and complete. I would avoid them and anyone who choses to hire them.

Very efficient, professional service.
Not very helpful, tried to persuade me to get registered and pay massive fee for a simple advice. Got the work done by another solicitor for a fraction of amount.
