Just called them to ask for a redundancy solicitor services in Watford, as it is advertised on google. The guy on the switchboard, asked \What do you mean by redundancy\? So in order for me to explain, he took me through all services they offer, until I picked \employment\, then he took me through all sub-services they offer under employment, until I picked \settlement\. Otherwise he would not know what redundancy means. Then he mentioned that they only offer private consultation, not legal consultation.
