This is the most amazing gym! If you are looking for a more personal touch. The trainers are amazing they are focused and committed to getting you the best results. The classes are different every day which keeps its fresh not the same boring routines. They also give you nutritional advice for improving your diet. This gym has a great vibe and members are all different whether in shape size or age but the trainers are just so committed to us reaching our individual goals.

This is a scam. My girlfriend came to me in tears a week ago. She had visited the gym for a quick 'look around'. The owner identified all her insecurities, fears, and issues, and manipulated her into signing up to a 12 month contract for 220 per month. This 'limited time deal' also appears to extend continuously in order to trick people into thinking it is good value. Trust me - it is not. You could hire a personal trainer and get a premium gym membership for less money. The owner implied that I (her boyfriend) would leave her unless she lost some weight. She then signed a document that she didn't fully understand - that turned out to be a 12 month contract. The owner is a predator who preys on insecure women and manipulates them into signing as quickly as possible - despite their financial situation. Avoid this place at all cost.
