Fantastic club - you need to join now! I've been learning Kung Fu here for 3 years now and it has helped me in every part of my life. The instructor Karim doesn't only teach the Fujian White Crane style of Kung Fu but is also qualified in Chinese Medicine, Sports Therapy and is a Fitness coach as well, so my health has improved, my fitness level, and my general well being (obviously not forgetting my skill in Kung Fu!). My confidence level is also much improved and this has led to me advancing in my career and personal life as well. In short, if you want to improve your life, join this club!!!
