The doctors and nurses - 5*. Dr Shah, Dr Moore and the team are absolutely amazing. Stanmore has been my GP surgery since I myself was a child and the medical team have always been phenomenal. The receptionists however... 0. Rude, impatient, do not want to assist yet when you ask the GP or nurse or any actual medical professional to call you back, they provide their opinion that a call back is not necessary!

The doctors and the nurse which I have contacted with them is very nice and they done nice work, but they have to change te reception lady special Joanne, is very very ruth always when I call on reception, she doing what she wants, she don't let you to finish your problem, always she doing only her opinions, and this is not the first time, it happens every time when I call, I tough things have change but apparently not. I know we live in difficult times but this is very disappointing. For the future is better to improve !!!!

I attended this morning for my first COVID vaccination being a healthcare worker. I can’t praise the staff and organisation of the full process enough. The doctor who saw me was friendly and put me at ease. A huge thank you to the whole practice, you’re all doing a fantastic job.
