The people that work at IVC are helpful and polite. Unfortunately, the network’s cellular data speeds are excruciatingly slow (it’s a 3G network, no 4G), and the network is unreliable. I have trouble making simple google searches and often experience dropped calls with this service. Just go to one of the well known providers like AT&T or Sprint. I’m locked in a contract, and their prices aren’t that great if you want unlimited data. I like to keep things local but this makes it hard because it’s just so slow.
