These guys repaved the street in front of our house (one that didnt actually need repaving). The crew repeatedly dropped trash in my and my neighbor's yards and left man hole covers and water pipes laying on people' lawns for 2 weeks. Slow, sloppy and milking projects for every tax dollar they can get. City of Bellevue really needs to do a better job of selecting contactors
