Watson's carried out a funeral for us yesterday at Saltwell Chapel. Under such difficult circumstances they still provided a top quality service. Lots of praise goes to key workers at this time however I haven't heard funeral directors mentioned - these guys deserve massive credit for putting themselves at risk to make what is such a difficult occasion for other people, so much easier. We really appreciate it, under difficult circumstances, the day could not have gone better, thank you!
If we could have given more stars we would have ! We can’t thank everyone enough for their first class service , especially the respect and dignity shown to our mum Joyce on her passing away at home when they came to take her to the chapel of rest . The gentleman who came were dressed in suits shirts and ties at 3 am which we appreciated them showing such respect to both us and our Mum . Special mentions to Gary who has been such a great help and comfort with his organisational skills and his special way of helping us at such a sad time and fulfilling mums final wishes at the very end . Gary and Liz have made a very sad time such a stress free experience on the passing of our beautiful mother . A beautiful funeral yesterday at Saltwell Crem, especially during the current covid situations . We would highly recommend Watsons and their very friendly but professional team .
