Dr Lipson is an awsome primary physician. He cares and he listens and communicates very well. Who ever answers the phones for appointments definitely do not do a great job but they could be understaffed not sure why it takes them so long to answer the phone and this hasn't changed in years so I don't imagine it will change anytime soon but the physician himself is awsome. Sometimes I feel that front desk needs to mitigate the volume of patients that call better, they should help everyone set up my chart on day one this could definitely help the incoming volume of calls. Dr. Lipson has been my primary for a few years now and honestly he does everything within his power to make sure you get great care. I've got a few people I have recommended him to and they all seem to be happy with him. I've had a few primaries and if your looking for an actual primary doctor that learns you and at the same time treats you he's awsome and he is prompt on referrals when they are needed. I'm so thankful there are doctors like him still around.

If I could I would rate -1 when I call it’s at least a 25 minute hold time and then to told “Sorry but we can’t see you today” I am in pain and have an injury. Was told to call tomorrow and maybe they will be able to see me. Nurse calls me and I’m being talked to like I’m a child so over this clinic

I’m here at the Watsonville health center right now. About to leave. But I just wanted to say, I read the previous reviews and they really scared me into coming in all those mean things about the receptionists and how rude they are.....really misleading. These are the nicest most helpful people/doctors I’ve come across in a long time. Helped with so many things that I didn’t plan on doing today or ever because I don’t have insurance. So helpful. Jason our doctor today is so amazing caring and helpful. Making sure you get the exact care you need and listening to what is wrong and then finding the best solution . We will be coming back here so grateful we came across this clinic. Not the worst clinic ever in fact it’s one of the best. From when you walk in to when you walk out. The nurse was a sweat heart as well. Don’t let those negative reviews scare you away. Must’ve been a bad day for the patient because I can’t see how ALL the people I’ve talked to can be so rude when EVERY person I’ve talked to is SO NICE AND CARING!!! ️️️

I'm not going to name which Doctor. But the Doctor usually would leave me with my mouth open still talking while she walked out. She didn't listen to my needs in medical care. I was on my death bed and still she didn't help me. I was very happy with the therapy. Until she started bringing senstive subjects up that I already told her, and she knew I wasn't ready for. I felt ganged up on by both before I decided to leave them. I felt If I stayed there I would have died. I am so greatful for my New Dr. and therapist. I am now in good hands.
