Soba served here is what would be considered average soba in Japan. I ordered soba omakase. While there was a ton of food, its taste wasn't justified by its price. The broth was acceptable but considerable amount of wheat flour, coloring and tapioca or similar filler was added to noodle--making it less flavorful and gummy. Enjoy it for what it is rather than what it's trying to be.

Small authentic Japanese restaurant located in Sukhumvit area. They focus mainly on Soba, tempura, and some sake drink here. Perfect for solo, couple, family diners. Soba itself is good, kinda chewy texture and the sauce is very rich in flavor. Tempura is so crispy and flavorful - whole set costs around 490-600 baht, and not much variety of menus to choose from. Great and caring staff. Parking spots available nearby.

I went 3 times for lunch and 2 times for dinner. Soba and seafood that Japanese people are satisfied with. Everything is fresh, the service is good and the shop is very fashionable. The cost performance is also good, and I am very satisfied with this dish at this price. I will go again.

Very stylish and upmarket soba specialist restaurant. The soba noodles were probably the best I've had in Bangkok, with just the perfect bite, and the shrimp tempura used grade-A large fresh shrimps and was fried to a perfect crisp. The food was 5 stars but I'm rating Soba Juban 4 stars because of the price. My soba tempura lunch set with one glass of tea (no refill) was I think 560 Baht, but after service charge and VAT the total price was 680 Baht. The soba was also on the small side as I think it's only 90 grams per plate. For the price I think customers should be able to ask for refills on the soba noodles and the green tea at least. But if you don't mind the price then this is easily a 5-star restaurant.

- one of my favorite soba specialist restaurant - good service as always! (reservation is needed) - recommend: purple sweet potato soba topped with onsen egg! and tempura was so crunchy!!
