The staff member was incompetent and unhelpful, we called three times to make sure whether we needed to make a reservation to be able to skate and he hung up after we asked for his name. Then he said that since there were only 2 people we wouldn’t need one just today. When we got there he said that there was a hockey game going on and we couldn’t skate and then I told him that someone on the phone told us we could skate today. That someone turned out to be him and was too ignorant to tell us that and said that there were only 2 people there today.

Enjoyed playing hockey and free skate. Cozy place, clean, well taken care of, friendly staff, good ice most of the time! A great enjoyable way to play hockey!
