They just hung up on me not once but about 4 times when I was just wanting to exchange the pizza they gave me because the order was wrong I left a complaint on their website and they never returned my call. The young woman who took my call and later hung up on me was very rude and thoroughly lacking in customer service skills. Its a shame they have her at the register. Its worth the drive to the next town to get my pizz and get treated better.

Confused, we’ve had great pizza from the pass here, but tonight our pizza was cold, raw, and over the top greasy. Very disappointed for my wife and I to spend most of the evening in the restroom.

I have enjoyed everything I've ordered from here. They do an above average job on the subs. Only giving it three stars because of the \lobby\ area. It has seen better days, that's for sure. But, it did appear to be clean.

First visit: It was okay but not great. Their bathroom was broke. So I had to take my pizza to go. My plan was to eat in. Second visit: they do not deliver to Thousand trails which is 4 miles away. I ordered a greek salad and it didn't have the cucumbers which is my favorite part. Bathroom still broke.
