I had been help with a pharmacist, he was not sure how to help me to get the medicine from other pharmacy. Then he kept ask the other pharmacist for help. For some reason, he was trying to help me but don’t know how to help. Another pharmacist got the tray with my information in the tray. She couldn’t fill my prescription, then she told him to ask me more information. Then, she throw the tray on the reception which was also hit the pharmacist. I don’t know it was accident or she was intentional. It made me feel like she throw the tray at him in front of me.

I have never had a good experience at this pharmacy. Wait times are awful and we can never seem to get someone to answer the phone. Instead, we have to drive over only to be told the prescription that was supposed to be filled hasn’t been started yet. We will definitely be moving all our prescriptions elsewhere.

I hate this pharmacy!! For a month and one half they had me believing the dr wouldn't renew my sons prescription. I go inside yesterday to get print off of Dr refusing prescription. Come to find out dr ordered 90 NOT 30 supply. They were only filling for 30 day supply so his prescription expired way early. So my son has been out of his meds over 30 days!! This place needs shut down!!! I asked why didn't you contact me on changing his prescription? I was told " We don't contact the customer." Really???? Any other pharmacy I've been with has always made contacte with me with any questions. CLOSE THIS PHARMACY DOWN!!

This place is a disaster. They're obviously understaffed based on the requested 24 hour wait time to pick up a Rx. Go somewhere else.

Every script that has been sent in takes at least a week to process and figure out. I’m on my 3rd time in 2 months where my previous meds have completely run out, and the new fill still hasn’t been ready even though it was sent in over a week ago by my doc. Not having the meds for one day is not a good experience for me.

To avoid issues, I waited until the next day to pick up my call in Rx. Still wasn't ready but I could come back in a few hours or pick it up and end of day. So I need to ask to start things in motion on a script from 27 hours earlier?
