AMAZING! S-W was able to perfectly match my paint 'finish'. I spent way too much money buying flat, ultra flat eggshell and semi gloss and gloss paint at a big box store... They said there wasn't any other finish available. Arghhhhhhhhh.... None of these finishes of paint would match what was on my large 15-ft tall wall. I decided to go to Sherwin-Williams and they exactly matched the finish! Perfectly blended lovely paint on my high veiled entry hall. A quart of custom finish perfect paint to cost me only 6 as opposed to the 14 a quart (do the math I bought 5 14 quarts of unusable paint...All because I thought going to Sherwin-Williams would cost me more because it would be custom...grrrr) I had to pay at the big box store.

The emerald level paint works very well. One coat application over very saturated colors. It works well on new drywall too, but the sqft of coverage goes down by about 25% per can.

The people who work here were relatively nice, but they pointed me in the completely wrong direction. Told me to buy the wrong brushes/rollers because they were sold out of the brushes I needed and sold me a more expensive paint roller that had more furry junk on it and said it would be better, and the paint they gave me wouldn't stay mixed and came out two-toned. I went to another Sherwin Williams seller and they were thoroughly confused why the type of paint and brushes were recommended to me. They were apologetic, but said I wouldn't be able to return things even to the original store because I'd already used it/the paint was tinted. I ended up paying double the price to get the look I wanted and the second store I went to suggested this one knew they were in the wrong, but were selling me based on what was in stock/most expensive rather than recommending I go elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this store.

I bought a house that had been flipped and all I had was a color name and number, but not the type of sheen that was already on the walls. The staff helped me find the right paint for everything. Ordering by phone and curbside pick up made me feel safe and was convenient.
