If I could give 0 stars I would... The absolute WORST document management service known to man! As a small law firm, we utilized this service for our older records for storage. We request boxes on occasion and get no response for days and sometimes weeks! We requested our signed agreement in January so that we may to move to Iron Mountain as we are fed up and they are trying everything (even illegal practices) to keep us from moving our storage, including withholding our items although we are PAID IN FULL. They take our monthly fees but do absolutely nothing that is necessary to earn these fees. Arthur and Charles at 220 Record Management (whom bought Access) do not belong in a position to service ANYBODY! They are rude, have no customer service and are impossible to work with. If you want to save your business the headache and keep your sanity, choose another company!
