The best experience! I went in just to look at a vehicle I found online. Tracey set me up with an appointment & I went in for a test drive and left with a new car. Jennifer is phenomenal and never used any of the stereotypical garbage you get elsewhere to work with me and get me in the car I wanted. She is super friendly, easy to talk to and Sean and Yoshi were just as great. I cant recommend them enough, even took time to go over all the features in my new car with me in person rather than sending me off to figure it out for myself. Definitely pay them a visit!

One of the best Kia dealers in the area. Very straightforward and helpful. I went to the to buy a Kia Telluride which are difficult to come by due to huge demand, John Plewka (Sales & Leasing Professional) helped me with the purchase. This should be the fist dealer to go to if you are in the market for any new Kia vehicles in the Chicagoland area
Both of my cars needed replacing in the last 12 months. I went to Classic Kia and worked with John Plewka and settled on a KIA Forte for my first car that my wife primarily drives. First thing I noticed was zero pressure tactics. John wanted me to be able to get a good car and a great deal, but did zero pushing. We worked through options, he spent a long time with me, and we found a great vehicle at a great deal. When it came time for my second vehicle, I went back to John. Again, Classic provided no pressure, helped me find the right car for my needs and budget, and we made a fair negotiation. It felt like talking with friends and working through something fair for both of us. Loved John and the entire staff at Classic in their easy going, no pressure, fair process. I wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future, and I am happy to recommend them. There isn't anyone else I would recommend to purchase your next Kia from other than Jennifer Pratt. She is not only knowledgeable about the cars she sells, but is also an excellent listener, communicator, and most of all, a genuine person. She is like buying a car from your best friend (and I just met her). She was timely with all of her communications and follow-ups. I believe Jennifer is the best car salesperson that you can find anywhere. I have never recommended a car salesperson before, but ten minutes spent with Jennifer and you will see why she has such high ratings and a loyal customer following!
I bought a 2018 Toyota 4Runner next door at Classic Toyota and saw many of the Toyota's and Kia's had these sharp looking "black out" packages installed. I inquired and was told that Mike, the service manager at Classic Kia was responsible. I talked to him about what I wanted done (powder coat the factory rims, black out the badges, remove the SR5 badging and add running boards) and he worked his magic. I am really happy with the work their service department provided to me.
Bought my 2018 Kia Optima here 3 years ago and have been very satisfied. John Plewka in sales was helpful in helping me choose which Optima I wanted. I have had all my service done with their service department and the car runs like the day I bought it. Jonathan and Jose in service always give me up front and fair pricing and get me in and out of there quickly.
Recently bought my very first car here. Walked in a little nervous but thankfully Pedro was there to help me. He made the process so much easier and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. He’s kind, respectful, and super friendly! Even my parents thought he was cool. He’s fluent in spanish too! So if you want to bring along a family member or friend that doesn’t understand English, but wants to know everything about the car and contract, he’s the man to go to. Without his help, I probably would still be riding my bike. I truly recommend him AND this KIA location! Even if you’re buying your first car :)
I was having trouble finding good salesmens that would explain to me necessary information. And then I came here and Pedro Fuentes (sales associate) took his time and explained everything to me perfectly. He was very nice and patient. This car dealership has good selections of vehicles and I recommend going there to find one. And overall it was a good experience.
