Love the easy process of get my things into the storage. The hallways are wide and smooth. It's quite nice!!! Friendly staff! We talked and laughed while being processed!!!
Victor was very patient with me. I was moving from indianapolis and I wasn’t able to make it to the office on time. He helped on the phone, honored the online code, and stayed on the phone while I signed the documents. He made sure I got the code I needed and shared detailed directions on how to find my unit. If that is not the epitome of customer service then I don’t know what is. Thanks V!
Staff is friendly and extremely. Victor answered every question and answered to the point. Very clean environment and a good security system. Prices are quite reasonable. Definitely recommend it.
