Excellent service, and amazing selections of beautiful pianos. This establishment (and their Niles location) has it all! I recently had my 130 year old Grand piano tuned and the technician was really good... probably the best and most complete tune I have ever had. In addition to being the best at what they do, these are some of the kindest and genuinely caring people in the business! Thank you Family Pianó!!!

I was in the market for a digital piano and had a great experience at Family Piano in Waukegan. Brendan went above and beyond what I expected in accommodating an appointment, explaining each model/features, and offering several finance options so that the purchase could fit my budget. He even offered to deliver it straight to my home and set it up which I was extremely thankful for. They deserve your business. Thank you!
I was thinking of purchasing a used electronic piano from an online classified site. The instrument I was interested in was selling for a super price, but needed a repair. I did another online search and found Family Piano Co. Even though I live in Utah and they are in Illinois, they were so willing to answer my questions and give their experienced estimate of what repairs might cost, even if I had it repaired by another company. They educated me, and allowed me to make my own decision without trying to persuade or sell me one of their own. Very professional, and very friendly. Illinois, you are lucky to have them!
Family Piano is a wonderful place! The name says it all. They really treat you like family. Thank you Max and Brendan for helping us find a perfect piano and Children’s acoustic guitar. They really went above and beyond for us. We have been there before for music recitals, our son Monty played piano in a few of them. They were beautiful and the staff would give an option to record it and post this on YouTube. We will be back soon and hopefully one day for another recital ️ Thank you so much!
