This place was such a treasure for me to discover and eventually a place to call home. It’s beautiful, with hardwood floors and spacious rooms. The management is very polite and accommodating. If I had some concerns, like leaking and such, they will fix it ASAP with no hesitation. It’s quiet and comfortable. I’m planning on staying here for a very long time because the people who run the place are reliable and very very friendly. The only complaint that I may have is that the person above me smokes in the bathroom and the smell and the ash somehow gets into my ventilation system and it makes the dust settle in the bathroom. Not really a big complaint but that’s it. Again, this place is an amazing place to live in.

Quickly learned what type of people they are. The management are too busy to even talk to their customers. Do not apply here unless you know for sure you will get it. Even after I spoke with them a number of times and was told I should be approved. Apparently Marissa said the leasing office approved my application but a man named Linil at RIVERSIDE MANAGEMENT GROUP decided that he couldn’t accept the application of course after we already paid our application fees. Then when I asked to speak to him, apparently he’s too busy so he’ll give me a call in a couple days. Oh AND he doesn’t have a business number. Spend your money wisely people, these people and this place aren’t reliable, they don’t have good customer service, and they just want your money!

I’ve been living at Hinkston Pond for over 10 years. It wasn’t always the best place to live, but it’s been great since the new management took over. Online payment options make it easy to pay rent without the hassle of mailing checks, maintenance and management do a great job, and it’s close to the park, gym, and stores. I’ve recommended this place to a lot of my friends who’ve also moved to Hinkston Pond.

Was excited to possibly get residence there,they were listed on the low income category,I needed to use Hud,I'm a good risk, senior,non smoker,no drugs,no evictions,no pets, perfect background...they turned me down flat.. very disappointed,only inquire if you have good job,and alot of money to cover deposit, first month, And alot of fees,it must be a palace...
