I'll be honest, I'm the one person that never grew up on Quonset pizza and never craved it. I crave it now! Friendly environment, excellent pizza and attentive wait staff. Food comes up quick and we enjoyed every minute of it. If it's been awhile since you've had it... Try it again!
I just ordered an Italian beef with mozzarella cheese juice on the side and peppers on the side, I went to pick it up it's about six degrees outside,got back home opened my sandwich up to find out there's no juice on the side after I asked the lady at the desk cuz the juice and peppers on the side she replied yes.so I called up the place she gave me the manager and he says sorry we can give you a bag of chips when you come in next time, now the Italian beef was close to 10 out the door and in my experience the juice is half of the sandwich for them to replace it with just a bag of chips in my inconvenience is in my opinionnot good enough give me 10% off or something or offer delivery my thing of juice anyway those are just my thoughts check your bags when you order stuff
Wrong night to order the best bombers and pizza in Lake County. I phoned in an order of 7 skinless cheese bombers, one large pizza with cheese, sausage, mushrooms, green peppers and onions. I arrived to pick up, paid 68. and some change, waited for 4 other pick ups. My name was called, took my order went to my son's as I was treating for dinner. I received 4 cheese bomber with the skin in tact. I phoned and they apologized saying to return as they didn't t as keep them other bag. I was very upset, embarrassed and it ruined dinner. My son left the table and drove back to Quonset to retrieve the rest of our dinner. Naturally it was not pleasant. Our family has patronized Quonset 60 Years Or better. Never having an experience such as this. They did send a 6 pack of soda and offered a pizza that someone didn't pick up. I felt that they should have replaced the order in full. Sad, customer service certainly isn't what it used to be.
I ordered a large cheese pizza and it was delivered to my house in about 30 minutes. The guy that took my order over the phone was really nice! The pizza was really good!
