Every person with whom we interacted (on the phone and in person) were professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. They communicated and educated throughout the process. Randall Restoration & Remodeling are doing a great job restoring my home after I had a pipe break in my home. We decided to remodel the bathroom at the same time. Dan was the lead of the restoration crew and is great at keeping us updated on the progress of the job. He has an extraordinary personality and really knows what he is doing.
I cannot describe how happy I am with our tub to shower conversion. I feel like walking every time to to my gorgeous bathroom. The sales team is knowledgeable and helpful and the construction team we had was so courteous and careful. My home was actually cleaner at the end of each work day and I was pleased. I do not doubt recommending Randall Restoration & Remodeling for your restoration and remodeling projects.
When we moved into our new house we were informed that there was asbestos on the ceiling pipes in the basement. I contacted a few companies but went with Randall Restoration & Remodeling because they were very detailed when explaining their processes to me and they had a competitive price. The work took about half a day. We were very pleased with the final product. All of the pipes were stripped clean of asbestos and the floors were left clean. Thank you.
