Great selection in shoes, average prices but horrible customer service there were 4 employees 3 on the floor and 1 on register, I walked in towards an employee he was putting up shoe display shelves and did his best to avoid eye contact so I wouldn't interfere with his labor, I knew what I wanted & didn't need his help but still would of been nice if he greeted me and offered assistance in case I did, now I was in there for about 30 min and I needed a box from a high shelf 2 employees were 10 feet away conversing seeing I was struggling to reach the item but didn't offer help. On check out kid at register named Erwin seemed like he was rushing me out so he can get back to his fellow employees and join them in conversation. So if it wasn't for the selection in shoes i would not come back. I hope this was helpful and the owner/manager train on customer service.

Great customer service. Great prices and if they don't have the exact shoes I want they will get them for you within a day. This is the only place I shop for shoes and boots.
I love Rogans and was happy when a new one opened in Waukegan. Store was nice however customer service and willingness to help from associates was not good, music was not appropriate for kids and manager was not much help either. The bathroom was also very gross with a layer of dirt over the sink and on floors in corners. I prefer the Gurnee location or I just shop online.
Employee was not very educated about products. Worst costumer service ever! Last night the employee I asked the question about a steel toe shoe had no idea. If I am not mistaken her name was Joselyn, I overheard another employee calling her by her name asking if she needed help. The other employee came to the register and asked what the question was.She was also confused but instead of walking away like the other one did she actually stayed and help me. She showed more interested in actually wanted to help , while the other one walked away, she managed to help me and finished ringing me out. I give it 2 stars, reason being atleast one of the employees wanted to help.

I love rockports Florsheim Shoes air Jordan, I like deerskin slippers I like happy feet slippers, before you buy shoes stop In and take a look around the shoe store.!!!!! ¡!!! #%&%###
Little pricee but good quality shoes..
If they don't have in stock they will get it from a different store for you. they will let you get the second pair later if you need to, I've never needed to.
