This wasn’t the typical U-Hual rental place. I turned up to return a trailer after driving cross country and was just told to leave it outside. It took almost two days for the trailer to be checked in. I had of course called U-Hall customer service to make sure I wasn’t charged for the extra days. This is a furniture place that has a couple of trailers and a van outside. I wasn’t too impressed to be fair.
