wha are always helpful to me, specifically front desk Maria and all case managers helping me with questions I have, they have a lot on there workload and often can't answer question right away but get back to me always ,thanks wha and all the staff there

They all suck at answering the phones. U can never get in contact with your case manager for nothing. I have been trying to get an issue resolved for over a month && still nothing. They are just completely unprofessional smh.

During Covid 19 they tried to do an inspection I would call leave a voicemail and get no reply so I refuse inspection because there is a world wide pandemic and I want to protect my family.

They removed my review go Facebook! Linda Ceja was my go to even had to call first to Peoria two years ago! She has blocked me problems galore here no director two years! Been trying never emailed tried today she blocked me boy when evil people stick together!

Watch out out for Regina Swann and the gang. They actively will try to hurt your business as a landlord. They basically just screwed me out of 2000 in rent over the last month because they could. They actively try to fail your inspections and not pay you, are inflexible and will go out of their way to take up your valuable time. If you have had a similar experience please speak up!

If it could be a ZERO star, it would be. Everytime you ask Housing a question the answer is always \we can't answer that\ or \We can't tell you that\. They are the champions of DISinformation, a TOTAL lack of knowledge. According to the webpage, it's because it's \too confusing\ for \clients\ as if the \clients\ are a bunch of idiots who can't understand simple English. Maybe if you explained things in a clear, concise way, \clients\ could understand what you are trying to tell them instead of treating \clients\ like simpletons.

It is absolutely impossible to get anyone on the phone. No one answers the phone so you get kicked to the IVR. As a landlord there are no prompts to get you to anyone. No one calls back.
