Great pizza. Not always the best service . We have been ordering it for delivery for well over 10 years . Sometimes it’s on time , sometimes they burn it .”!! lol True story , if you are very hungry .? Go pick it up . It’s really good tho . Decided to go get it .. Ha ha , very worth the wait ( sometimes .. I love their thin crust .

I was \one of those\ who waited until the last minute to figure out what we were doing for our office Holiday gathering this year and Rosati's was very accommodating! I ordered 2 pans of Lasagna and Chicken Alfredo for next day delivery (during the week of Christmas!) and they were able to fit us in. The food came promptly on time and HOT!! My employees all raved how especially tasty the lasagna and salad were. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Terrible! No concern for Covid safety. Beyond no masks, they actually have signs posted to promote no masks, with a Ben Franklin Quote on giving up liberties – give me a break! If we’d all just masked up from the start instead of feeling our liberties were being infringed followed our social contract, we might not still be here. I am frankly insulted by these signs upon entry and at every cash register, as I stand paying, wearing my mask and doing the right thing I’m made to feel bad for it. So I changed my mind and took the pizza back, my family didn’t feel safe eating it. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again, and will go out of my way to advise others not to either. Completely irresponsible business operation, especially concerning food.

Eh. 1st time we ordered they didn't put cheese in the calzone. They comped us our meal. Thought we'd try again. Got their deep dish with sausage mush and roni. The pizza was undercooked. Also I could tell their prep cooler is a mess. Found a few green peppers, olives and onions on the pizza. Probably won't go back.

How to lose a customer over a side of Marinana: We have ordered from here multiple times over our years in Waukesha. Never once has the order been correct. It has become almost a joke in our house. BUT, they have never messed up my wife’s portion of the order. Tonight I ordered for the family as a treat. 2 large pizzas, an order of cheesy garlic bread with an extra marinara sauce, and an order of dough nuggets. The pizzas came earlier than the order (asked for 6 pm. Showed at 5:45). Not a big deal. But they forgot the marinara sauce. Ok...it’s still early. Wife isn’t home yet. We can fix this. So I call, explain the problem. Twice. Was told they didn’t want to fix it. That a single order of marinara wasn’t worth it. “The delivery driver said he was too busy to bring it by”. Odd. A delivery lady brought the order the first time. So I explained that this was it. We won’t be ordering again. They have a 100% failure rate, and regardless of how much I like the sausage pizza we won’t be ordering again. Response? “Ok. Thanks”
